I was a little hesitant going to a non-corporate Verizon store but they were more than helpful and got us what we needed and we were in and out in a timely manner. Highly recommend

Don't misunderstand the one star is only for Verizon the company and how they kick you off your plan and throttle your data speed to point it is useless.
