I used to have AT&T then I switched to another carrier who "cut my bill in half" They have mediocre cellular service in Jasper. If you call customer service about the poor signal they will send you a free microcell which you connect to your high speed internet to provide your own signal at home.
I had a very bad experience in this store today. Everywhere from them accusing my son of stealing the i phone we were trying to reactivate to them breaking the sim card holder on his old phone. They did finally fix it and then had the nerve to tell me just buy another iphone. I had even bought this and another i phone from this store in December! They were the rudest and nastiest people I have ever dealt with.
This store was so extremely helpful and nice last time I was in the store and always has been! Definitely recommend to my friends and family! Ask for Beth, she's the manager and a wonderful asset to At&t!
