The staff has excellent knowledge of their products. They are very helpful. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars was because they need a bigger store. It's crowded.

Edited review. It's gotten much better here with the new employees. They all work hard and do their jobs, but most importantly, they show the customers respect.
A good GameStop which is becoming more rare recently. I would recommend for cheap games, but watch out for scratches on pre-owned games.
