Came all the way from Owensboro determined to buy a specific car, the salesman I was dealing with never answered the phone calls, after leaving a voicemail and several hours later without returning my call, I drive up there thinking it could be a coincidence. When I got there, I looked in the lot for 15 minutes, nobody came out, went to the bathroom in the lobby, still nobody. A salesman who wasn’t even from that dapartment asked if anyone was working with me, after saying no and telling him how disappointed but I was in there services, he went in and had to find someone to be appointed to me.
Everyone is so friendly! They helped me out so much with buying my first car by myself. My salesman was Jud Goodness and he was very efficient and helpful. I would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here!
