I wrote a review but guess I did not press post as I can not find it. As I said, the service desk guy, I think his name was Ryan H. deserves a 5 star+++++! He was very good. I took my car in with a roaring noise. I had no clue what it was. They diagnosed it, came out and told me I had one bad tire, need four new ones and an alignment. My car is under warranty but does not cover tires. I understand that. I love fords and yes, I buy one new every 2-3 years. I have done this for MANY years, dodges before fords but fords for many years.. At this point, I asked to talk to the salesman that I had last time. I told him the kind of new car, I wanted and that I would be in the last of next week. They told me I owed for the diagnoses which was only $30.00. I argued with them because my car was under warranty yet and it had to be done to see what was the matter with it. My salesman came by the office and I told him. He said he would pass my comment on. I paid even though I was thinking of buying a new car from them next week. What is $30.00 compared to many thousand every two years? I guess they don't want my business. Their loss. I do not want any calls, letters or email.

Just got my new (new to me) 2012 F-150 Platinum. The service was great, and the best that I have received from a car dealership. The price as a little high, but still; I am happy with the buy and if I ever get another vehicle, it will be though them.
I found trucks in inventory on the Ruxer website that were of interest to me, and submitted a note via the website seeking more information. I was contacted within moments by a sales representative. I drove from Bloomington to the dealership early last Saturday morning and was greeted at the sidewalk by the salesmen I had corresponded with the previous evening. He showed me what he had in inventory that fit my stated needs and offered me a test drive. I drove a brand new 2017 F-150 4WD SuperCab in XL trim with the 2.7L Ecoboost engine. I was very impressed with the ride, power, and quietness of the F-150. I have driven V-8 Silverados a lot over recent years and thought the Ford was a much more pleasant driving experience. I did leave for about 90 minutes to check out inventory at the local Chevy dealer, but came back to conclude a deal efficiently with Ruxer for the new Ford F-150. Though I have only had the truck for a week at this point, I am very happy with the truck and very happy with the way I was treated by my sales person, Brandon Frick, and Business Manager, David Fromme.
