Ordered a chest freezer; timely arrival and great help loading
Got a mower and they wouldnt give me the sales price that was posted. Was told it had expired even though the tag said it was still good for 2 days. Called customer service 4 times now and they have been absolutely NO help at all!
Rude sales staff, when Sears holding goes bankrupt, this is a shining example of why. I wouldn't waste time going in!
