Fast service. Staff seemed to know what they were doing, unlike other visits. I had a coupon and they had no problem ringing it up. Ordered the broccoli bites on the side which were freshly made and brought out to the table so I didn't have to wait at the counter. Best of all, the food had been properly drained so it wasn't dripping grease like at other Long John's that I've been to.
The service here is absolutely amazing, I had a rather large order and they got it out to me before I could even sit down with my drink. The staff also seemed very appreciative of my business.

The store has a clearly posted notice that if you don't get a receipt, you get a $5 voucher. Just moments ago, my wife didn't get a receipt and asked for her voucher. After trying to wait her out so she'd leave, they printed a duplicate receipt and gave it to her. She asked them to honor their own sign and got BS excuses. They then tried to "split the difference" and give us a piece of pie. Then again, they tried to wait us out so we'd leave, but the customer behind us gave up and left. Bradley Rue was the employee involved at store #383 who snarkily finally tossed my wife the voucher. Either honor your offers, or don't put up signs offering them. It's really that simple. It suggest people avoid this location.
