Apartment wasn't cleaned before I moved in. Never fixed anything. Roof leaked for five years and they never even came to see about it. Passive aggressive notes left on the door all the time. Unfriendly office staff. I cleaned the apartment thourghly after leaving never saw a dime of my deposit. Raised my rent again and that was the final straw. Avoid this company at all cost.
The maintenance staff will not notify you if they have fixed anything in your unit. Resulting in poor communication between the tentant and landlord.
Be warey when renting from this company. Record EVERYTHING even if it's minor and may seem silly.
This company is terrible, I've been renting for almost Three years from this company. Why you ask? They allow pets which it is a plus since not many places in jasper allow pets. This company won't fix anything right the first time. You will be calling more then once.
The staff will spin things and stories making it seem like things are your fault. Or will give you every excuse in the book why it's not fix.
