I still enjoy walking around in movie store rather than ordering online or using redox. Over the years we have noticed the associates lack engagement and a few time when we have been in there, the associate's boyfriend or friends in general would be in there and the associates wouldn't even talk to us until we checked out. The only communication we would get is when the movies were due back.
