Best BMV experience I've ever had. Several things needed accomplishing, and got them all done in half an hour. Very friendly staff, very helpful.
The assistant mgr is very snobby and treats u very degrading. She needs to realize that her job is working with the public and treat them with a better attitude. My dogs get treated better than she treated my 16 yr old trying to just get a id for work. Geesh!! If I could I would give them no stars!!!!
Poor experience! I would give zero stars if possible. I have been attempting to register a vehicle that was a gift. Car is insured with a notarized title and all of the appropriate signatures. Yet each time there continues to be a missed box or signature that leads to another paper needing to be filled out. The staff provides little to no instruction on these forms. HORRIBLE place of business. Jasper BMV perpetuates the stigma of why people hate dealing with this department!!
The manager or assistant manager not sure who was very disrespectful and rude worst experience ever I prefer the DALE BMV much better people much more nice and helpful and humble Dale BMV best one ever (:
It's the BMV and they are way to slow. Don't ask for anything extra because they get mad at you. The Jasper BMV is very terrible place of business
