I ordered a part for my lawn mower two and a half weeks ago. The part was supposed to be in a few days after I ordered but no-one called to let me know what was going on. I had to call to see what was going on when I found out the part had been sitting there for over a week. The parts associate "Russ" is definitely not a people person as when he answered the phone, it was as if I was bothering him by calling. When I entered the parts department, he was sitting at his desk, and didn't even bother asking me if I needed any help. Luckily someone else came from the back room and helped me retrieve the part I had ordered.
