I just tried to order flowers for my wife and the woman who answered the phone was so rude that i canceled the order and called The Flower Stall Hearth and Home. They were polite, and prices were better. They even apologized for the other place. They told me they hear about Wilson's rudeness all the time. If i were you i would not patron Wilsons.
Just ordered funeral flowers & the clerk( older man) was terribly rude, unhelpful & hurried! Offered no suggestions, took none of my suggestions & snapped at me each time I gave information regarding details of names etc. Won't use them again! Very poor customer service!
The ladies know there flowers,and the lovely designs, very helpful ,caring. Been shopping there for long time,call by phone ,online or stop in . I stop in because they have much more then flowers. Candles , decorative items,throws,angels.ect. Plus some days I get to see Lovelace Riley Beth's dog ,he is there greater!
